A long day of driving... we got a good early start to the day and as we approached empty we stopped at a truck stop before Phoenix to pump oil out of the containers and into the main roof tank. It was fun to get a frw stares from people and couple people would approach us and make some comment and we would get to explain the workings. I always love that moment after someone has engaged us, but before we've told them that our truck runs on vegetable oil. It's like that momentWe considered stopping at Joshua Tree, but we really wanted to cover some more ground. Besides, there is always the return trip. We drove past Phoenix and stopped at a rest stop for the night.
